100% Return of Capital Plus Strong Cashflow
The Mayflower is an affordable housing project south of Salt Lake City, Utah that was purchased in 2010 and was refinanced in 2016. Investors received 100% of their original capital back in the refinance. Going forward, cash flow to investors doubled to 13% of their original capital amount (or $13,000 annually per $100,000 in original capital), although investors have no original capital left in the deal.
